Manufacturers defect

It’s bad experience, I received the shoes and there is a difference between the two pieces. The left shoe hurts me severely and puts pressure on the big toe area, while the second does not. Therefore, I hope to solve this problem and replace it.

Size

I like the quality of the shoes and designs, they are decent and for any occasions, however, I would prefer if you can provide sizes in halves such as 43.5 as I needed to place a rubber piece in the shoes since my foot was coming out of it. Thanks
